I am popularly known as Chef Bhatia in the hospitality industry and the food lovers. I have three decades of  association with Culinary/F&B Management & Leadership Management Experience in Leading World Class Hotel / Restaurant’s and have had progressive & challenging career      .
I was the Corporate Chef for leading chain with eleven hotels, palaces,resorts and many pre-openings as my last assignment  I had been instrumental to spearhead many F&B concepts, restaurants and events. I have worked in various aspects of culinary expertise like working and managing commercial kitchens, pre opening kitchens, Facility planning, Industrial Kitchens, Hospital kitchens, Fine dining, Bulk or Banqueting, resort kitchens, Theme Kitchens, Flight Kitchens, Modern & interactive Kitchens to traditional & ethnic kitchens, organized trainings to develop chefs and operational practices, Food safety Management with HACCP and ISO 22000:2005, food cost management ,even teaching culinaire, my work as I translate had been between an onion & potato, fire & frying pan, managing a sensuous journey.
I am versatile, result driven Culinary professional with extensive management experience, and demonstrated excellence in managing teams in an ever-changing environment. Skilled in Modern Culinary trends, extensive Kitchen operational knowledge, with a proven track record of working constructively and collaboratively with direct reports and others, to achieve maximum results.  Multi Region, Pre opening Experience. An Award winning Chef and respected leader whose approach to business based on a foundation of participative management, coupled with excellent strategic, financial, technical, operational and service skill.

I was the one to innovate   the Cold Kebabs which became very famous. I was also a part of Foodistan where top Indian and Pakistani Chefs represented with NDTV good times and have done many short ones in various times.
I am well connected with people and received a lot of recognition from media and influential people  I am also a member of La Chaine de Rotisseurs which is the most reputed gastronomic society globally.
La Chaine awarded me with a couple of medallions, IFCA and world chefs society awarded Culinary greatness award 2012 and recently top of all Culinary Leadership Award 2015 for my contributions to Gastronomic society.
Now I am working as a consultant, hand holding F& B ventures, restaurants, eateries, and have successfully handled a few projects indegenously around the globe. .
