My Story

Popularly known as Chef Bhatia in the hospitality and culinary world, Chef Nimish Bhatia started his culinary journey in 1989. With over three decades of association with Culinary / F&B Management & Leadership Management Experience in Leading World Class Hotels and Restaurant’s and have had progressive & challenging career. Chef Bhatia is renowned for his culinary skills and his exceptionally high standards in the kitchen and at the table.

His last assignment was as ‘Corporate Executive Chef’ for The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group where he was the Culinary Head for eleven hotels, palaces and resorts and also driving up-coming projects and pre-openings. Chef Nimish Bhatia was spearheading avant-garde Food & Beverage concepts, Culinary Designs for varied restaurants and events.
